Mr. Hoefker earned his Juris Doctor degree from Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law. As a law student, Mr. Hoefker actively participated in Moot Court and the Student Legal Clinical Program.

Prior to his legal education, Mr. Hoefker graduated magna cum laude from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, with a Bachelor of Arts in English.

Prior to joining Pite Duncan, LLP, Mr. Hoefker worked as a trial attorney for his own firm, and he also managed a fee attorney office for a large Title Insurance Company in Houston, Texas.

Mr. Hoefker is admitted to practice law in all Texas state courts and in the Federal Courts of the Southern District and Eastern District of Texas. He is also admitted to practice before the Federal Bankruptcy courts of the Southern District, Eastern District, and Western District of Texas.
