Stephen Kitagawa is an associate attorney working with the firm’s litigation department representing financial institutions and related entities in State and Federal Court. He has over fourteen (14) years of legal experience working primarily in the areas of business litigation, immigration, and various areas of transactional law. He has chaired multiple court trials, arbitrations, and administrative hearings (including over one hundred Federal Immigration Court trials throughout the Western United States).
Stephen obtained his Juris Doctor Degree, Cum Laude, from Trinity Law School. Stephen is admitted to every Federal and State Court in California, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Prior to law school, Stephen was a competitive speed skier and junior ski racing coach. He has done significant volunteer work as an ice hockey coach and mentor with the Goals program, which works with underserved youth in the cities of Anaheim, Fullerton, and Garden Grove.
