Kimberley V. Deede

Kimberley V. Deede is an associate attorney in the firm’s litigation department representing financial institutions and related entities in commercial and civil litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Deede worked in the areas of class actions and employment law. Ms. Deede’s prior experience also includes working as a foreclosure assistant in a Washington full service trustee company and as a legal assistant in California foreclosures firm.

Ms. Deede earned her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law. As a law student, she interned at the Public Defender’s Office, where she defended against white collar crimes, and externed for the Honorable Judge Strauss at the San Diego Superior Court. Ms. Deede also interned in the juvenile division of the District Attorney’s Office, where she prosecuted misdemeanor and felony offenses, and in her final semester she worked as a legal assistant at a prestigious personal injury firm. Throughout law school, Ms. Deede was an active board member of various law school clubs including Law Students for Community Service, the Woman's Law Caucus, and Student Consumer Attorneys.

Ms. Deede completed her undergraduate studies at the Western Washington University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in International Business.

Ms. Deede is an active member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice in all state and district courts of California.
