Diane E. Bond is an associate attorney in the firm's litigation department representing financial institutions and related entities in residential real estate litigation and transactional matters. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Bond practiced in many areas of the law, including bankruptcy, employment, personal injury, probate, and appellate law with a published case in Gonzalez v. Paradise Valley Hospital (2003) 111 Cal.App.4th 735. Ms. Bond has extensive litigation experience and has chaired multiple trials in both state and federal courts.
Ms. Bond earned her juris doctor from University of San Diego School of Law. Prior to law school, Ms. Bond earned her Bachelor of Arts in European History from the University of California San Diego.
Ms. Bond is admitted to practice in the State of California and the United States District Courts in California. She is an active member of the San Diego County Bar Association.
