Cuong Nguyen is an associate in the firm's litigation department representing financial institutions in commercial and civil litigation. Mr. Nguyen advises lenders and trustees on real property law issues including the foreclosure process and compliance matters. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Nguyen practiced in the area of insurance defense representing real estate developers and subcontractors in residential and condominium construction defect and other general liability litigation.
Mr. Nguyen earned his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law, receiving honors in his Lawyering Skills course. He earned his B.S. in Biology from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Mr. Nguyen is a member of the California State Bar, the Nevada Bar, and American Bar Association.
