Balpreet Thiara is an Associate Attorney in the firm's Bankruptcy Department. Ms. Thiara earned her Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law where she was recognized on the Dean's list and was a member of the California Western Law Review. While in law school, Ms. Thiara interned at the United States Attorney’s Office, Criminal Division, as well as the Office of Chief Trial Counsel for the State Bar of California.
Prior to law school, Ms. Thiara graduated from the University of California at Davis with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a minor in Sociology.
Ms. Thiara is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts of California.
