Matthew R. Clark is an associate in the firm’s bankruptcy department. His practice focuses on the representation of financial institutions and related entities in state and federal court matters.
Mr. Clark earned his Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of law where he was recognized on the Dean list, was the recipient of the Public Interest Law Fellowship, and was a member of the Pro Bono Honor Society. While in law school Mr. Clark proudly served as volunteer for the California Innocence Project.
Mr. Clark graduated from Fordham University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration including a concentration in Finance, a minor is Economics, and a specialization in International Business. While attending Fordham University, Mr. Clark received a scholarship to study at James Cook University in Queensland, Australia.
Mr. Clark is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts of California.
