Pite Duncan, LLP awarded the 2007 AMC Bankruptcy Innovation Award at the recent AMC Attorney Summit. AMC management noted the outstanding contributions Pite Duncan has made to AMC in areas of bankruptcy loss mitigation, bankruptcy training and advice regarding the changes in bankruptcy law enacted in 2005. Partners Steven Pite and John Duncan also participated on separate panels at the Summit regarding the effects of the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005.
