Bankruptcies:
Representation of creditors in bankruptcy proceedings (all chapters)
including relief from stay; objections to plan; objections to
discharge; defense of adversary proceedings, including lien avoidance
actions; defense of objections to claims and cram downs.
Evictions:
All proceedings beginning with the service of Notice to Quit through
the actual removal of occupants.
Loss Mitigation:
Negotiate and prepare forbearance agreements, Deeds in Lieu of Foreclosure,
loan modifications and short sales where applicable.
Litigation:
Counsel on varied subjects with emphasis on residential mortgage matters,
including judicial foreclosure proceedings, receiverships and defense of
wrongful foreclosure actions.
